Our Management Team

A thorough professional with Twenty years of experience in domains as varied as Power management, Semiconductors and EDA (Electronic Design Automation). In his career, he has worked in different roles in Product Management, Account Management and worked for leading companies like Synopsys, ControlNet,Persistent Systems, Semilogics, Future Techno Designs and Bull Power. In one of his recent venture, Evolve Technologies and Services Pvt Ltd, he worked as CEO and built the company from ground up, provided leadership to establish visibility of the company in India. Directed and provided leadership to all functional areas of the company. Prior to Evolve, he founded Semilogics, a design services company, built the company from ground up and provided leadership to all functional areas of the company. He also worked with ControlNet/Persistent Systems, a leading outsourced product development company as General Manager, VLSI and Embedded Systems. In his tenure at Synopsys, he managed Verification line of products and handled the accounts like ST Mico, Freescale, Virage Logic, Neomagic and others.

Manjunath H J - Principal Consultant

B Tech (Mechanical Engg), Has over 25 years of experience in Senior Management Role in the area of Business Development, Marketing, Strategy and Operations with organizations like Hindustan Motors, Indicarb, Melbrow Commercials Company Limited. Most recently he was MD of Southern High Tech Ltd and he is also in the board of Indicarb Ltd. RP Jhunjunwala is a Marketing Strategist at heart and with his rich business management experience with the best of organizations; He brings in immense value to Mindsoft.

RP Jhunjunwala – General Manager – Business Development & Operations

Chartered Accountant with over 2 decades of industry experience. His last assignment was with Ernst & Young before starting his practice. He has extensive knowledge of accounting practices, audits, risk management, business support services. During his tenure he had the opportunity to be the Audit Manager and also In-corporate several companies in India under Software Technology Parks of India. Also implemented the initial systems and procedures and handled financial and accounting functions for such units.Few of the companies with whom he had associated are Texas Instruments, Intel, Verifone, Zenverge , Crane Software, Webedge Technologies, Analog Devices, Insight Analytics etc.

M.N.Giridhar - Principal Consultant – Finance & Operations

Anil Kolloth is a graduate in Law and post graduate in Personnel Management. He has valuable experience in areas of Corporate and Intellectual Property Laws. Anil has a vast experience in dealing with contentious and non contentious matter pertaining to IPR on Trade Marks Prosecution, Registration of Trade Mark Copyright, Licenses, Infringement and Passing off Action and patent proceeding before various forums in India. He also advises multinational companies on Internet, media and entertainment laws. Anil has experience in Banking and finance and represents some of the leading Banks and Financial Institutions in the Country. He advises leading technology Companies in areas of contracts, nondisclosure agreements, offshore agreements and relationship agreements. He represents some of the leading Fortune 500 on acquisition and mergers. Anil Kolloth – Principal Consultant – Legal & Corporate Affairs

Post Graduate in Management. He brings in over 15 years of experience in HR and Operations with global organizations like Hewlett Packard, Analog Devices Inc, AMCC and Aperto Networks and also been associated with few startup in the advisory role. Having been in the Semiconductor & IT Industry for more than a decade now he understands the Human Resources in the industry and hence he has created a niche in this vertical. In his current role as CEO, he designs and executes value-added recruitment solutions for leading corporate with his team of high-caliber professionals and provides strategic directions to the company and is also personally involved in senior level searches.
